The Savannah Jazz Band
Following the retirement of John Meehan (drums), and Roger Meyerscough (reeds), the future of the Savannah Jazz Band was uncertain after some 45 years of delighting audiences throughout the UK and overseas. After some discussion amongst the remaining musicians, promoters and fans, it was decided that the disappearance of the band would be a great loss to all and so the guys are 'alive and kicking' and performing again at venues up and down the country.
