13/06/23 - I was saddened to hear from his son Bruce, of the death of Keith Hockin which occurred yesterday, one day short of his birthday. I first met antique dealer Keith when he brought his band, The Antique Six to play in Preston, and Fleetwood. I heard the band several times after that and two of the band members Dick & Jackie Chapman came from the North West and they wrote an article about Keith which is on the site. After his retirement, we occasionally called at his shop in Stow on the Wold if we were in the area. He and his wife Pat were always very welcoming and got the kettle on for a cup of tea in lovely (no doubt antique), crockery. Rest in peace Keith. - Fred
