Trevor is making a short visit to Lancaster at the beginning of July 2009, and will be bringing a few copies and leaving them with Barrie Marshall (Sun Street Stompers) to pass on to anyone interested at £5.50. The publishers, McMaster University, are selling them at $11.95 (£6.70+) each.
